Additional Details

  • Credits are valid throughout a 28-day billing cycle, giving you the freedom to train on your schedule.

  • You can distribute your credits however you like throughout the 4 weeks. Unused credits do not roll over.

  • Memberships can be purchased in the First Strength mobile app or on our website here.

  • All memberships have access to all 3 class types: Glute Strength Pro, Total Strength, Upper & Core Power.

  • A Single Class Trial is available for purchase so one can experience First Strength before committing to a membership. Purchase in the app or at the bottom of this page.
