Our Specialized Classes
Classes at First Strength are intentionally designed for those who value focus, structure, and progress. Each class is limited to six members and takes place across hybrid training zones that combine dedicated individual workspaces with specialized strength equipment. Training rotates through three distinct class formats throughout the week, so no two days feel the same. Every session is programmed with purpose, building total full-body strength while placing a clear emphasis on glute power and development in a controlled, spacious environment designed for consistency and real results.
